jeffmcarthur has uploaded a patch.

Description:
Main new feature is the ability to past a URL and shrink it using the TinyURL api.
Several new classes implementing P/Involk of various system level call.
Changed TweetPanel to call DrawText to measure the text, instead of looking at the pixels.
Used P/Involk to do the gradient fills (also added gradient buttons)

Hi,

Can u explain how to run this application. I ran this appication in ms.net 2005 but i am getting so many errors.
